Though the air conditioning needed improvement, making nights uncomfortable. The soundproofing was inadequate, exposing us to disturbances from nearby parties.

We had a blast at this resort! The kids loved the nighttime activities, and the staff were super friendly. The food options were solid, especially the snacks by the bar. One bummer was the beach mattresses were kinda dirty. Still, the shows at night were brilliant, we couldn't get enough of the entertainment!

The family room offers a spacious layout with a large terrace and a solid view of the sea, making it a pleasant spot for relaxation. The pool area feels extensive, with plenty of sunbeds available, allowing for comfortable lounging despite the usual towel reservers.

The air conditioning can be frustratingly unresponsive, making for some uncomfortable nights. Soundproofing leaves much to be desired, with noise from nearby parties and other disturbances permeating through the walls. The food lacks variety, with some meals being served cold or reheated, which somewhat diminishes the all-inclusive experience. the policy of charging for WiFi and the safe is quite off-putting, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

We stayed in a family room and it was spacious with a lovely terrace that had great sea views. The room was clean and well-kept, but you have to put the sign on the door for cleaning, which felt a bit odd. The air conditioning took a while to get used to, and the blanket wasn't big enough for two. But the strong water pressure in the shower was definitely a plus!
